*Tips SE Tools Reset userlock/phonelock untuk tipe db2012, db2020, pnx5230 dan A2:

- di area tab sonyericsson pilih tipe ponsel yang sesuai tersebut.
- tab setting use server for csca unlock/flash- tekan tombol "unlock/repair"
- ponsel anda telah terbuka kode userlock/phonelock secara default.
- atau bisa juga hanya melakukan identify maka akan muncul kode userlock/phonelock tersebut dan anda tinggal mengubah kode tersebut secara manual.
