- di area tab sonyericsson pilih tipe ponsel tersebut.
- tekan tombol "unlock/repair"
- ponsel anda telah terbuka userlock/phonelock secara default.
- atau bisa juga hanya melakukan identify maka akan muncul kode userlock/phonelock tersebut.
