PAGASA Typhoon BISING 3 Days Forecast Track

PAGASA sighted Low Pressure Area (LPA), now a typhoon at 390 km East of Baler, Aurora inside PAR as of 4 pm January 12, 2013. LPA is embedded on InterTropical Convergence Zone (ITZC).

Previous LPA has less than 30% of becoming Typhoon and will be named "BISING" - the second typhoon to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) for 2013.
