COMELEC (Commission on Election) launches recently a web app for voters education and e-learning this coming national election 2013.
The E-LEKSYON 2013 web app was developed by Smart Communications/Bitoopi for COMELEC and can be downloaded from iTunes Store for iOS device and will be soon available for Android devices.
E-LEKSYON 2013 Web App Features
1. Ballot simulator - simulation of filling out a sample ballot. You must shade 100% of an oval to make your vote valid.
2. Reporting a Campaign Violation
3. Finding your nearest Precinct
4. Campaign Rules
To report a violations, select one or more candidates and violations on Report Violation Tab. If you want to report a local candidate or Party list representative, select "Others" and fill in the box provided.
