PAGASA Track new LPA west of Mindoro as of September 26, 2013

PAGASA sighted new Low Pressure Area (LPA), now a typhoon, 240 km West of Subic, Zambales as of 4 am September 27, 2013.

Previous LPA has a high chance of becoming a typhoon in 24 hours and once developed, it will be called PAOLO - the 16th typhoon to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) for 2013.

The provinces of Mindoro and Northern Palawan will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.

Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Bicol Region, CALABARZON, rest of MIMAROPA, Eastern Visayas and Eastern Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshhowers or thunderstorms.
