PAGASA 22nd Typhoon "VINTA" Forecast track threatening Northern Luzon.

PAGASA sighted the 22nd typhoon to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at 645 km East of Tuguegarao City as of 4 pm October 30, 2013.

Areas under Public Storm Signal #2 and #1 are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides. Coastal areas under signal #2 are alerted against possible storm surges.

Sea travel is risky over the Northern and Eastern seaboards of Luzon.
