PAGASA Typhoon "WILMA" 3 Days Forecast Track - To HIT Mindanao, Visayas and Luzon

PAGASA LPA (Low Pressure Area) had developed into typhoon "WILMA" and sighted at 75 km North Northeast  of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur as of 10 am November 4 - the 23rd typhoon to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) for 2013.

Areas under Public Storm Signal #1 are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides.

Luzon: NONE
Visayas: Southern Part of Negros Occidental, Southern Part of Negros Oriental, Southern Cebu, Siquijor, Bohol; and Southern Leyte
Mindanao: Dinagat Island, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Siargao Island, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Misamis Oriental, Misamis Occidental, Camiguin Island, Northern Part of Zamboanga del Norte.

Forecast Track:
(1) Landfall over Surigao del Sur - Monday Afternoon
(2) 40 km West of Dumaguete City - Tuesday Morning
(3) vicinity of Puerto Princesa City - Wednesday Morning
(4) out of PAR - Thursday Morning

Strength: max of 55 kph near the center

Movement: West at 19 kph

Landfall: Surigao del Sur, Possible on Puerto Princesa

Rainfall Volume: 10 - 25 mm/hr (heavy to intense) within 300 km

Distance to Land: 75 km North Northeast  of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur

Updates: Typhoon "WILMA" had became LPA and sighted at 160 km Northeast of Puerto Princesa (11.0N, 119.5E) as of 11 am, November 5, 2013 and will continue to affect Palawan Area.
