After reviewing CYCLOPS 2 and PHOENIX+, both 7-inches dual core Android tablets with phone functionality, it's a rare opportunity to review SKK Mobile's latest massive 10" Android tablet.
SKK Mobile EXTREME is probably an upgrade of PHOENIX+ with extremely large screen and 6000 mAh high capacity battery - surely you will enjoy games, movies, multimedia and internet for a couple of days without needing to recharge.
Let us see if SKK Mobile EXTREME tablet will enhance our communication to the "EXTREME". Below are full specs, unboxing and my full review.

Fast, Impressive and All in ONE versatile tablet are my impressions with this huge tablet. I reviewed the unit with 11 categories and let us see what's my verdict score below .
1. Price: 4.8/5
SKK Mobile EXTREME is one at the midrange price dual core Android tablet in my list and probably the cheapest tablet boosting large 10" display, extremely high capacity 6000 mAh battery with 3G phone functionality and TV currently in the market today.
If you are looking for affordable versatile Android tablet with large screen (for enhance gaming and multimedia), high capacity battery for longer hours of use and call/text function, why not try this latest tablet.

| I'm impressed while holding a 10-inches dual core Android tablet from SKK Mobile because it's not an everyday opportunity to review a unit of this kind. EXTREME backside is a glossy finish with the model logo at the center and metallic finish back cover at the top. At the bottom are company brand name and speaker (cannot be seen on the picture). |

| The metallic finish back cover houses for 2 SIM card slot and microSD slot as you see in the picture. In parallel with them are 3.5mm audio jack port and micro-USB port. The 8MP rear camera with Flash and TV antenna are located nearby. Power ON/OFF/SLEEP/WAKE and Volume Keys are located at the rightmost part (based on the picture). |

The screen is not IPS (In Plane Switching) by looking at different angles and side by side. The screen is probably the same as PHOENIX+ tablet which is also fast and responsive to touch. |

User Interface (UI)/Performance: EXTREME tablet is powered by MT6582 dual core processor, same with CYCLOPS 2 and PHOENIX+ tablets. Coupled with 512 MB RAM and MALI 400MP GPU on 10-inches display, overall performance is smooth, buttery and fast.
I have to congratulate SKK Mobile technical team that they successfully manage to design an affordable tablet with extremely large screen yet with fast and smooth performance.

| SKK Mobile EXTREME tablet can play a lot of Android games from Temple Run 2, Castle Clash to Dead Trigger 2 with smooth gameplay and without lags. Add to that, you are playing with 10-inches screen so, gaming is enhanced and very enjoyable. |

Video/Movies: supports .mp4, .avi and 1080p movies
Audio: loud with average sound quality
Games: Compatible with Zombie Tsunami, Temple Run 2, Inotia 4, Castle Clash, Brave Frontier and Hello HERO without lags. Dead Trigger 2 gameplay is very smooth.

SKK Mobile EXTREME is fueled by polymer 6000 mAh battery capacity that can last for a couple of days on normal use. Below battery test is done with 1 SIM onboard and brightness set to 1/3 only. Results are all approximation and will vary with different settings.

10. Durability: 4.0/5
Due to large screen size and battery capacity, EXTREME is quite heavier and susceptible to dust and scratches. You should put a screen protector and buy it with leather case to protect it for damages cause by accidental drops and heavy scratches in the long run.

In terms of operating system (OS), it's very stable after more than 3 weeks of usage (games, playing movies, charging and texting) and no hang up encountered so far.
11. Defects/Bugs and Improvement: 4.0/5
I don't see any defects or bugs on the gadget as of now but there is a lot of improvement possible for this dual core Android tablet. The 8MP camera is really good but adding an autofocus and HDR feature will make a difference especially for photo enthusiast Pinoy consumers.
Also, making the tablet a little slimmer, lighter and more compact build are good improvements.

We rarely see a 10-inches affordable Android tablet in the market but SKK Mobile managed to offer Pinoy consumers with budget-friendly dual core Android tablet with enough performance, high capacity battery on extremely large 10" display for enhanced gaming and multimedia experience.
All I can say "A must try versatile Android tablet with phone functionality (call and text) at affordable price this 2014."
