PAGASA sighted the 4th typhoon to enter PAR (Philippine Area of Responsibility) at 360 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur as of 10 am April 9, 2014.

Tropical Depression "DOMENG" has maintained its strength as it continue to move slowly in a northwest direction. Everybody is advised to prepare in advanced.
