  1. Download MD5 Checker (Source: CNet downloads)
  2. Now extract the MD5 Checker zip file
  3. Check the read me of the download file and find out its MD5 value or Checksum 
    1. Select and copy the MD5 numbers
  4. Now Run MD5 Checker and click "Paste"
  5. If the MD5 values you will get a message confirming this and  the correct MD5 will be highlighted green

Now that you've confirmed the MD5 values, you can rest assured that the file you downloaded is intact and without any errors.
