iOS 8.4.1 is released officially to the public on thursday. Apple launched it with 18 patches to cover vulnerabilities exploited by both Pangu & TAIG in iOS 8.3 & iOS 8.4.
iOS 8.4 Jailbreak launched by both pangu & TAIG doesn't work for 8.4.1 but still works on iOS 8.4. Suggest that you don't update to the new iOS 8.4.1 because there is no actual jailbreak for it.
Apple credited TAIG to be on the top of the list for discovering 8 vulnerabilities on both iOS 8.3 & 8.4.

Taig team suggest you to not update to the new iOS 8.4.1 they said that we won't see ios 8.4.1 jailbreak until iOS 9 release.
Since Apple patched 8 vuls of TaiG, we suggest you not update to 8.4.1. You can visit http://t.co/UOvOiso8er for the jailbreak tool on 8.4.— TaiG_Jailbreak (@taig_jailbreak) 16 Août 2015
Apple still sign for iOS 8.4 and could stop support it anytime, but the reason for letting it, they are not sure if iOS 8.4.1 works well and they are just testing it and anytime a user face a problem, he can go back to the iOS 8.4 by downgrading it to iOS 8.4.
Pangu, Taig & K33N will work on the new iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak which is a great challenge for them. So we won't see any iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak until iOS 9 release expected next month.
Apple think jailbreak become a difficult task for the 3 team but nothing is impossible. TAIG said on twitter that they already discover iOS 8.4.1 vulnerabilities but still waiting the next month to launch the jailbreak.
