Based on yesterday’s discussion, we have modified the To Be document for “ISO across IO’s”, which has been attached in this email. Please review and submit to me officially so that I can share the file with the concerned stake holder. Please change the version name for the file accordingly. Should you have any query, please revert back to us. .
Please review the General Data Masters-COSTING for all plants as you desired that Description will contain up to 40 chars and Components will contain upto 16 chars. De-sacheting of Sachet Facility is Renamed as 'Defoiling' Operation to eliminate one similar cost center. Thanks.
I reviewed the General Plant sheet. My observations:
1. Resource Class for QAD Operations, Warehouse Operations and General Plant Operations can be distinguished from other resources. We can name it as Overhead for example, currently the Resource class is listed as Machine for these.
2. For Component Group, Cost Component Class and Cost Analysis Code we can have one master sheet with all the values across the plants.
3. The Resource Cost per unit will have to be updated. For this we will have to derive a rate for the Cost Component Classes (Cost Pools) which will be used as the Resource Cost. We can discuss this in person.
