1. What are the items in WIP (Work-in Process) in No of days--> report is deferred to post Go-Live!
2. Is there any valuation report for Stationary like materials?
3. How to check for an insurance claim/settlement against an Item? Report on the list of materials on which insurance claims/settlements are done is not with me!
4. What are the batches having higher/lower yields? Will Yield report suffice, location wise? consolidation might not be there
5. What are the Items expired under Test? No such list with me!
6. What are the Finished Goods Items expired before delivery or having lower shelf life? No such list with me
7. What are the Excess inventory procured than budget?
8. What are the Resources remained idle/underutilized for which costs still flows to costing process?
9. What is the Total Labor & Machine Hours used with respect to monthly /YTD budgeted Hours?
10. How to compare sales & production, financial budgets over periods?
11. How to analyze Contribution Margin/GP of products?
12. How to analyze YTD transactions/variances/inventories etc.?
As my reports are post Go-Live events, I am not finding any smart solution/report/analysis tool, then how to think of Going-Live and If Costing fails to answer to the above questions duly or within a short run, it will be a miserable job! Could you please schedule a clear-cut discussion on these issues!
