Easy Steps to Recover Data from a Broken Samsung Galaxy Phone


Step 1. Install and Launch Samsung Galaxy Recovery


After downloading the software, install and run the program on your computer, then you can see the window as below.


Now, please take out your USB cable to connect your Samsung phone to computer.

Step 2. Choose a Recover Mode and Select Data to Scan


When your phone is recognized, please choose "Android Broken Data Recovery" in the left column. Then you are allowed to select the file types you want to recover on the right of window, after that, click on "Start" to go on.


Step 3. Choose a Phone Fault Type


Now, you need to choose a phone fault type. Please select "Black Screen (or the screen is broken)" option at the right side.


Then on the new pop-up window, choose the correct "Device Name" and "Device Model" for your Samsung phone. Currently this function only works for some of Samsung devices in Galaxy S, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Tab series. If done, please click on "Next".


Step 4. Enter Download Mode and Analyze Your Phone


After choosing the fault type, you are allowed to enter download mode on your Samsung phone. Just need to follow the three simple steps in the below window.
