wipe cache, data and system
Reboot Recovery
Install zip from sd card and choose ADPT OS v2.zip
reboot system now

Not everyone face this problem.. this problem cause by flashing many different rom.
If u get network problem or Invalid imei or imei not showing follow this tutorial. To verify this problem simply open ur dialer and dial *#06#.
