For Hard Reset Battery Charge Need 70% up.
1. First turn off your call phone pressing power key.
2. Now press and hold Volume UP + Power Key Together until power on.
3. after few second device is turn on and release only power key. keep pressing volume up key.
4. at this time show android recover menu on screen release all keys.
5. Now Select this "wipe data / factory reset" use volume down key to scroll and power key to confirm this process.
6. this step to select this "Yes -- delete all user data" again pressing power key to confirm.
7. you are on the last step and select this "reboot system now" pressing power key to confirm the whole process.
wait few second device will be auto restart and fix your problem.
