Step 1. Connect your ViVo Xplay 5/6


Launch the program on your computer, and select "Data Recovery" among all the toolkits.



Then, use the USB cable to connect vivo Xplay 5/6 to your computer. And you should open the USB debugging on the phone. The program will automatically pop up a window to remind you.



If your Android os version is 4.2.2 or above, there will be a pop up message on your Android phone, tap on OK to allow USB debugging.

Step 2. Select file types to scan


Check the data you want to recover from all file types. By default, all file types are checked. You can cancel the file types that you don't want to recover. Then click "Next".



Step 3. Select scan mode to scan your ViVo Xplay 5/6


You need to select a scan mode. The program offers two modes, one is the "Standard mode", and the other is the "Advanced mode". Choose one according to your needs, click "Start".



Note: There might be a Superuser authorization appearing on your device during the scan. If you get it, click "Allow" to continue. If not, just skip this step.



Step 4. Select data and recover them from ViVo Xplay 5/6


At the end of the scan, the recovered data are displayed in the main windows. So, you can select the file by preview. When you have checked the data you need to recover, click "Recover".
