The itel a1+ is the itel new android drvice . it is a very small device and still remain to be one of the cheapest smartphone in the market costing $39 cash price. It can be a new device but still has all the issues we face when using our andriod smart phones. Once you forget the password, pattern or pin, you will not be allowed to access anything form the phone. This is for security reasons.

But we can solve this problem as we do with all the locked android device we came across. The hard reset method helped many people to unlock all android, windows and blackberry smartphones.but to hard rest a smartphone you have to use a combination of button to boot your device to recovery mode. Each and every android device comes with a different combination of button to launch their recovery mode.

Also the itel did come with their combination. After some few tries I finally found the itel a1+ hard reset button combination so I wanna share with you. Remember, by hard resetting your smartphone you will lose all the data stored on the device, including pictures, music, videos and any other files stored in the device memory.

To hard reset the itel a1+ you must follow carefully the instructions below.

1. Switch off the device

2. Wait until the phone is completely off.

3. Careful with this step. Press the power button, after one second, without releasing the power button hold the volume down button.

4. Release only the power button when the phone start to boot.

5. The phone will boot to recovery mode. Use volume down to scroll to "wipe data/factory reset. use power button to select

6. Same way scroll to yes. And use power button to select

7. Select reboot using the power button.

8. Done.
