How to replace the LCD and touch of a smartphone.

Now that you broke you smartphone screen, you can buy a new one from online stores. Buy the screen for all phone and tablet then fit it yourself. It is not that hard to do, you just need to be very gently. You do not meet any university skills to replace the LCD or digitalizer of a smartphone. Follow carefully the instructions that I'm gonna give to you right now and you will see that it is very easy.

Now that you have ordered you screen from the shop and you have received it, this is what you must do. Get a hair dryer. You will use the hair dryer to heat up the glue used to stick the digitalizer or touch. You will also need a screwdriver to remove all the screws that holds the phone. To access the LCD of a smartphone you will have to remove the back cover of the phone.

You also need glue that you will use to stick the new touch. The LCD does not need any glue. Remember, some smartphone LCD come build with the touch glass on top of it. Devices such as Samsung devices, Sony devices, iPhone device, Lg, Huawei, Hisense and many more. Most latest device use this combo set of LCD and touch. So for these device, once you break the lcd, you must also replace the touch as well. And once you break the touch, you will have to replace the LCD as well because the LCD and touch are mounted together.

Use the screwdriver to open the phone, be careful not to break the flexi cables inside. After removing the screws, remove the back cover and detach the LCD and touch flexi from the board. Now remove the board and then remove the LCD. From the front side of your phone, use the hair dryer to blow hot air and eas the glue. But if the touch is not broken don't remove it. After blowing hot air for sometime, push the touch out from the back. Now put back all the parts the way they were but replace the broken part with a new one.

Make sure you remove the plastics from the new part before you stick them with the glue.
