1. Switch off your phone completely.
2. Now press and hold how button and the volume up button.
3. Next press and hold the power button without releasing the other buttons.
4. Release ONLY the power button when you see the boot screen.
5. Release the other buttons when you see the green android or the recovery menu.
6. Use volume down button to scroll down to "wipe data/ factory reset" and use the power button to select.
7. Now scroll Down to yes and tap the power button to select.
8. Wait for the phone to finish hard resetting and return to the menu.
9. Now select "reboot system now".
10. Done.
