This video will hard reset your galaxy note 2 /and s4.
Instructions.
1. Power off the phone
2. Hold power button+home +volume up button all 3 button together until you see Samsung from there let go the power button keep holding the volume up and home button
3.scroll down to hard data/factory reset ,than click on power button
4 scroll down to"yes-- delete all user data press power again and finish good lock
