IF IT STILL FAIL, NOTE 4 STILL STUCK AT BOOT THEN DO THE FOLLOWINGS" - HOLD Home Button + Volume Up and Power Button.... it will boot in recovery mode then wipe partition cache & reset after that Reboot the System.
