E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid argument)
After flashing the stock ROM, rebooted the phone into recovery for factory reset, then only I noticed the error E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid argument). If you are on CWM recovery then you may not see this error.

Commands:
adb shell
mke2fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p3
mount -w -t ext4 /dev/block/mmcblk0p3
reboot

Note:
This method was tested On Samsung Note 2 E250L But it should work also on All Samsung Models.

WARNING!
You do this at your own risk! Make sure your phone battery is fully charged!
If you reset your phone, all your data may be lost, so do a full backup before start operation.!
