IMPORTANT
This method is the same also for J700M (LATAM); J700H with no LTE (South Africa, Pakistan, Vietnam).
To install firmware on Samsung Galaxy J7 J700F with Odin you need a computer, internet connection, micro USB data cable, Odin 3.10.7 and the firmware that you want to install on your phone.
After the update is complete is good to do a HARD RESET or make a factory reset from phone settings to your phone!
You can use this method to remove "Android security patch level 2015-12-01" by installing a firmware version before 12.2015, in case you can't bypass the Google account.
If you get the "FAIL" message, go to Settings/About and hit for seven times "Build number" to enable "Developer Options" menu. Then go to Developer Option and enable OEM Unlocking and USB Debugging mode and try again.
If something go wrong, with the update of your Samsung Galaxy J7, you can recover or restore the original firmware, very easy, with Samsung Kies 3.
