download that file in contains all the cabs if you have a lumia 640 then choose the 4thgeneration folder, extract the 640-640XL to desktop or C: drive then rename it to cabs. and then open a command prompt and execute commands. Refer to the video.

Flash mode lumia:
turn off your device
then press and hold power button and volume down until it vibrates
after it vibrates hold the volume up button
you are now in flashing mode.
Command to load cabs on phone:
iutool.exe -V -p C:cabs
Please update the phone once completed because the keyboard won't work.
