Download Sidesync and settings apk on pc
Open Sidesync
Connect phone to Wi-fi and go to google account screen
Connect phone to computer
Coppy settings apk to phone via computer
After options pop up on phone screen select galaxy apps
Download a file explorer/manager
Create or sign in to your samsung account
Open file explorer and install settings apk (you'll need to enable unknown sources)
Now factory Reset phone
