I get the following error message/notification while try to live streaming the videos using youtube gaming app in my new android:

This error solution is common for android,tablet,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and naugat also.

This trick is also works for without rooted devices and this is no need for root access.

Method 1:
1.Click to open your camera and then click settings icon.
2.Now click to "Reset" option.
3.Then again click to settings icon and choose storage position as "SD card" and also choose video quality as "1080p".
4.Finally click to save all changes.
Method 2:
1.Goto your android settings-apps or application manager.
2.Choose "All" Tab and click this three dots icon and select "Reset app preferences" option.
3.Locate "Camera" app and click to open it.
4.Now click to "Clear data" option then remove all minimized settings app.
5.Finally again i try to access the camera app the problem is solved.
