In this video i have shared method how to fix Samsung Back and Recent buttons without opening phone. If you are facing Touch Keys not working after upgrading your Samsung phone you can fix these by following this video.
This is because firmware not matched with Touch keys controller so you can update Touch Keys Firmware by Dialing *#2663# and then used "Touch Keys FW update" option.
