How to Reset Restriction Passcode on IPhone (NEW IOS 11)

Need:
1) Apple ID account login information used to setup the device (IMPORTANT )

2) Enable erase device after 10 password attempts (IMPORTANT)

3) Cable to connect device to computer

4) Computer with ITunes

5) About 2-3 hours

Note:
If you have a stolen phone or you don't know the Apple ID used to setup the device your device will be ICLOUD LOCKED AFTER THIS.
