Extra steps for Sprint Users:
Once you've reached 10:21 after your phone rebooted from typing "adb reboot recovery" you may encounter constant phone crashes but that's ok because you'll still have adb access.

If for some reason you don't have adb access no more, please remove the battery and re-input the battery with your hand holding the vol down button while your phone is still connected to the PC.Then from the PC in the command line type:

fastboot erase system
fastboot reboot

This will reboot your phone to an LG screen then wait like 2 mins then type "adb reboot recovery"
