Download a Stock ROM of "K10" at this site:

Method:
Install LGUP
Copy the folder common and paste it under directory: C:Program Files (x86)LG ElectronicsLGUPmodel
Install Uppercut and run it.
all you need is to choose the kdz that you recently download.
