Here is full video about to install twrp recovery in lenovo vibe shot and other lenovo qualcomm chipset series devices. I had performed this on lenovo vibe shot Indian version. If your device is different than Just download Recovery image files and replace in twrp image folder.
this method also will work to re install recovery image if you have bricked while flashing it.
