It has 1 GB of RAM. The internal memory is 8 Gb, which is great. It also has an impressive 8 MP camera in the rear and 2 MP camera in the front. It also possesses 720p HD screen which is a great addition.
In its very 2 days of usage this device has impressed me very much. I did not encounter any flaws in the usage of first few days. Battery is good too.
