One of the major announcements of the exhibition MWC 2017 was the LG G6 - the first protected against water flagship of the Korean company LG. By tradition, the strength of the smartphone LG G6 is the camera. LG G6 can shoot wide-angle photos and selfie automatically glue collages, and generally very pleased with the quality of shooting. We evaluated a new flagship LG G6 camera features and compared it with the iPhone 7 Plus and Google Pixel.

After the presentation, we compared the quality of the LG G6 shooting with the iPhone 7 Plus and Google Pixel. That's what came out of it.
To sum up the first impressions, in three of the four scenes (portrait, text, embroidery) LG G6 frames look better than pictures with the iPhone. They have more details and more natural color reproduction. However, in the frame of the camera lens with the situation is exactly the opposite.
At the same time Google Pixel in three scenes (portrait, text, lens) is superior to both competitors, and in the story with embroidery gives the LG G6. It looks like the fact that here the "Google Phone" is not automatically load the HDR, and because of this white threads were slightly overexposed.
Fun fact: the Koreans from LG have adopted life hacking Google developers. HDR is included in the "auto" mode in the smartphone camera in exactly the same default. If you remember, it is this feature made Pixel camera of one of the best in the last year. The plug-in dynamic range allows you to keep more detail in bright and dark areas of the frame.
LG G6, like its predecessor, makes an excellent macro photography. Unfortunately, the comparison with Pixel did not happen because of the rush, so only show the comparison with the iPhone. You can not increase the photo to see that the LG G6 coped with the task successfully. We shot better color reproduction, it is more contrast and detail.
