LG K10 Lite(K420ds) Hard reset process

Steps:
Press and hold the Volume down button then press the Power button when phone vibrate release only power button for a second again press the power button (do not release the volume down button ) and press until factory mode appear. when factory mode come select "Yes" by volume button and press power button again select "Yes" and press power button now phone will be reset.
