Redmi Note 3 has this common issue of recovery mode NOT working. It has an updater app through which we can see an option in menu "Reboot to Recovery Mode" but when we press that, it goes into infinity mode of a phone with charger icon. It does NOT allow to go into recovery mode. Thus, doing anything from recovery mode like factory resent, wiping off memory, updating phone UI through zip file are not possible. I guess, Redmi Note 3 model of Xiaomi comes with a lock that we cant go to recovery mode. Not sure, why they have released it with locked condition but it is surely not good at all. We can easily go into recovery mode in other models like Redmi 2 and Redmi 2 Prime etc. There is no solution to go to recovery mode for Redmi Note 3 mobile phones.
