Samsung Galaxy Note 3 How to remove or disable lock code or passcode Change to Swipe to Unlock

If you have a passcode or lock code on any Samsung galaxy device like the Note 3, Note 4 , Note EDGE or others and it will not let you change it to "Swipe to unlock" you have to uninstall a Certificate or VPN Certificate. In my scenario I downloaded FoxFi and it forced me to enable a lock code. Basically the only way to re-enable Swipe to unlock was to clear the certificates. I have done this on many phones. Usually all the newer Android 4.x phones have this like the HTC One m7, M8, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 / Note 3/ Note 4/ Note EDGE/ The s4 / S5 / Motorola Maxx / Motorola Turbo / LG G3 / G Vista and others. There are too many phones to list. The other phones option selection may be a little different but its the same principal.
