Flash using Mi PC Suite Chinese version
First download this file:

- Mi PC Suite (Chinese): /

For Windows 8/10 user, disable driver signature enforcement, then install Mi flash tool and Mi PC Suite, internet connection needed when install Mi PC Suite.

If you fail, try again this method from beginning
Or, if you success flash but still bootloop, you can enter EDL mode now, try using Mi Flash Tool to flash again.
